1. Sore Throat Anyone?
The acidic environment of apple cider vinegar works well against germs. Mix 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar with 1/4 cup of lukewarm water for an instant germ fighting gargle. Use this easy to make and all natural gargle every hour or so for best results. You can use this preemptively if you feel a sore throat coming on or to help subside one. Ahh, sweet relief!
2. Whiten Your Teeth With Ease
This one will have you grinning from ear to ear. Be careful however, because any acid can remove the enamel on your teeth. Use a diluted solution of apple cider vinegar on your tooth brush and then brush again with regular toothpaste, preferably a non fluoride paste, and then rinse your mouth out thoroughly.
3. Indigestion Correction!
Peppers, tomatoes, onions, grapefruits, orange juice, coffee and soda can all trigger heartburn. Fat such as those from cheeses and meat slow down the emptying of the stomach, distending the stomach and increasing pressure on the esophageal sphincter causing even more heartburn. To help in digestion, try sipping a mixture of 1 tsp. honey, 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar & a warm glass of water 20 minutes before you eat.
